To be published – It’s night; a journalist crosses the city on his way back home. Suddenly, a cry is heard in the near distance: a group of people rush to help a girl, another victim of a criminal who has been terrorising the city. The young boy is disgusted but he is sure that the guilty will be brought to justice. However, one of the people there laughs at his naivety: there is no such thing as justice, and despite the saying that all citizens are equal before the law, there is still an élite of “untouchables” who are always above judgement.
