The right to exist. On a razor’s edge – Mody is a security guard in Cameroon and his life is not easy: he works a lot and people don’t respect him. One day, his son goes to the hospital because he’s very sick. The boy can only survive if he undergoes an operation on that same day, but his father cannot pay for it since he has not been paid for three months. The poor man asks his employer, but he rudely kicks him out of his office. The following night Mody blackmails his employer saying he will kill his only child if he doesn’t pay his last three salaries and give him the money to cover the medical expenses;he also threatens to tell all his employees that their salaries are in his pocket. The employer gives up and makes an agreement with Mody.
